I have finally started playing with my photoshop, Yay!!!!

Does anyone have any good sites, journals communities with tutorials on how to make icons, banners etc??

Here are some good tutorial lists. I think they're mostly for icons, but the techniques look pretty easy to be applied to banners, etc, too.
