in regards to the pool, hubby thinks maybe he would shoot the bomb as watson head dives them into the pool??
IIRC, Mythbusters proved that the myth about diving underwater to escape from bullets was plausible - as long as the bullets were being fired at an angle into the water - So when the little red dots were appearing, I was all "Jump in the pool!!! And get all soaking wet so that you have to strip down afterwards..." Oh wait, did I say that last part out loud ;-)
I know that if there's an explosion *in* the water, then the shock waves can prove fatal, but I think that if the explosion was in the air beside the water, they might have a fighting chance.
