Sorry, butting in to say that the lady has no rights over Sherlock Holmes, and has been proven in court three separate times to have no rights over Sherlock Holmes. It was all a kerflufle and didn't have any impact on the second episode being made or not. In fact, she released a statement saying she had never made such comments. Besides, if anyone reads the books, the slash is so apparent you don't even need goggles.
