Fandom Hiatus

To all my wonderful flisties

I love fandom, especially my own little corner of SPN fandom which has been my home for the last year almost. I have met some amazing people, some wonderful friends and seen some amazing talent. However, real life pressures are forcing me to look around and re-evaluate. Uni is starting up again soon, family life is keeping me busy. Work is hectic and all the little things are leaving me with too much stuff to do, and too little time to do it in.

The wonderfully amazing maharet83 reminded me recently that this is a hobby and if im not enjoying it anymore then something is wrong.

So I’m taking a small fandom hiatus. Cutting away some comms I don’t use any more etc. I will still be working over at the Writer Lounge and running the Fic Olympics etc and will be around on MSN every now and again.

I wont be checking my flist much (if at all) as I tend to get caught up and distracted by all the pretty shinies :D but if there is anything you want to share with me (good news, great story, hot boys etc) drop me a pm and I’ll jump by.

For the usual suspects (in particular the Mods of Awesome and the Zombie Jesus Gang) I will be contactable at my hotmail account (you cant get rid of me that easily) Laura, Helen, Crystal etc, you all have my email addy I think if not see below :D.

I’ll miss you guys heaps but really need to recharge my battieries and concentrate on family for a while.
