Supposed to be studying but instead I am reading flist and rewatching Chasing Liberty, I am completely in love with Matthew Goode's voice yum :)

I'm loving my new LJ layout but noticed my tags have disapeared, anyone have any idea on how I get them back?

Just rewatching the bungee jumping scene and it got me to thinking about the list I made before I turned 30, unimaginatively titled, things I want to do before I'm 30, most of my ambitions were very mundane (for anyone who would like to know full list is below under the cut) and I managed every single one (although not all by the deadline), except for the parachute jump, which I chickened out of, so I decided to do it for charity, and then again chickened out of it. I am now thinking of doing it to raise money for touching tiny lives a premature baby charity and think this may be the push to finally get t done as premature babies is a big cause with me, as Robert was so premature, so I am thinking of booking it for June/July.

Of course when I told darling hubby about this he burst into hysterical laughter, looked at my ankle with the damaged tendons and said honey you cant survive a fall from 4 inch heels, what chance do you have with a parachute.

But it got me to thinking. I cant be the only one out there, what about you guys, what is your number one unfulfilled ambtion, and are you still determined to do it?

My goals are all pretty mundane also. I made a list from a '101 things in 1001' meme I found here on lj about a year ago, but promptly forgot alla bout it until I decided to make some New Year's Resolutions this year. Now I have both lists on sticky, so we'll see what I can manage to tick off.

At least you have a clear idea of what your goals are, which is always good and if you keep them in plain sight then it makes it easier to stick to them. I think I'm going to make a list for this year and see how I fare (with skydiving at the top of the list) :)

I've got skydiving/bungeejumping as one of mine. I'm insanely afraid of heights, so... Unfortunately, I know I won't be able to do it here where I live, since they only have a really tiny plane, then kind you have to climb out on the wing(and I mean all the way out to the wheel at the end), and just no. Not happening. I know myself that well.

Make your own list, and put it on sticky too. We can be list-buddies ;)

Sounds like a plan, how do you makke a sticky post (i'm going to have to start paying you a tech support fee) :)

I was dawdling aroundon my own for some time before I figured stuff out too. There's a very helpful link called 'help' at the very top. You should try browsing that sometime.

As for making a sticky post, when you're posting you see the date. You edit it, and tick the box that says 'post out of order'. Set the date to December 29th 2009.

People also use sticky posts for welcome posts where people introduce themselves(gives you the opportunity to use those shiny graphics/friends only banners. hehe), and also lists of what stories they've posted. Very handy :)
