Hola all, hope everyones weekend has gotten off to a new start. I have finally came up with a work life balance that may allow me to actually BE on LJ yay.

As of Friday 6pm I am now no longer working till Monday 8am :)

Had an interesting start to the weekend, my son decided to watch The Mummy Returns for family movie night, whilst Kieran argued for Star Wars, but was beat out with the argument

"But mummy's can EAT Jedi's" which is kinda true and now doing some write or die with the lovely[livejournal.com profile] dreamersdare and I for 800 words of my original fic done yay. Now onto the sequel of I heard your dreams came true which I promised my lovely [livejournal.com profile] veritas_st for her birthday.

What is everyone else up to this weekend? Any exciting plans?

Good for you! I'm working tomorrow and I'm coming up with something. I feel tired, my nose is getting stuffy and my throat is starting to bother me. Not fun. =(

OMG! OMG! Are you really working on the sequel?!?! You can feel doubly-generous, because it will also be a gift for me. Even though my birthday isn't until May, I've been DYING for that sequel since I read that very painful, but beautiful story! *sniff*

Exciting plans for the weekend - nah! lazed around this afternoon after shopping with boys this morning (note to self 13 yr old boys are not fun to take shopping, even if it is for them!) and then I have rugby in the morning. At least ice hockey is dry *grins*

Yay to work/life balance. *high-fives* My exciting plans for the weekend involve trying to not eat sugar. And hating how slowly every single day is passing. They need to just either officially remove The Avengers from the cinemas so I don't have to cling to hope/anticipate devastation anymore, or bring me a damn Terminator timemachine.
