my boiler has packed up, finally got an engineer out only to tell us it requires a £500 part that wont be available till next Thursday, so we now have to book into a hotel, on New Years eve for a week, seriously my luck could not get any worse this holiday season :(

nope still with my mum, hotels are all booked or looking for £130 per night each so just kipping out in my old room with Robert and the wee man

It's about $390 a night for about 6 nights so about $2340 all in.

:( I'd rather stay at my mum's as that is the price of a nice holiday, but it depends on how long we can tolerate each other :)
